GENERAL SERVICE POLICY

MTN Center® and MyTutorNow®. Liability Release: By enrolling into any program at MTN, I, the parent or guardian of the student listed on the enrollment form as well as any sibling/spectators I bring, do hereby agree to release all liabilities and claims, against the MTN Center, and agree to hold harmless liability against MTN Center, any sponsoring organization, facility, instructor, and any other party involved, due to any injuries, accident, negligence or any other circumstances arising from the participation in the MTN Center with respect to any time prior, during, and after class. Furthermore, the student above, family member of student, and visiting friend of the student will be held fully responsible for any known damages in the center or the building where the center is under lease.

I also irrevocably grant MTN Center the right to use for marketing and publication purposes, any photographs or images of the students listed above, as well as any sibling/spectator taken during participation or attendance at any event or activity sponsored by MTN Center, without restriction as to digital alteration. Additionally, I wave any right to royalties or other compensation arising therein.

SCHEDULE AND PAYMENT POLICY

MTN's programs require that students set schedules monthly (and payments are also monthly) to minimize additional administrative work, ultimately avoiding unnecessary expenses as we are trying to provide flexible and affordable services to our students. Students can enjoy the freedom to make changes to their schedule at any period and time (see more information in Carry-Over Policy).

Payments with discounts should be paid on time (i.e. monthly plans are paid at the beginning of the month, latest the 5th of each month); payments that are not paid after 5 days upon initial schedule will be subjected to a late fee of $2 per day.

ONLINE GENERAL PRIVACY POLICY

For Online Stores MTN Center, LLC. respects and appreciates the importance of privacy and security for our online customers. Any information obtained is used only by MTN Center, LLC. and its affiliate companies to contact consumers for potential marketing and current operational purposes. Persons who supply us with their telephone numbers or e-mail addresses on-line may receive telephone or e-mail contact from us with information concerning our program, promotions, new services, or upcoming educational events.
