MONTHLY PAYMENT

1. In case you have conflicting plans during your scheduled session, we can change (add, move, extend) your session with a 3 days advance notice. The advance notice can be in any form (writing, email, phone, etc. The date and time will be marked)
2.In case you are sick on the day and hour of your scheduled session, we can change (add, move, extend) your session and will bypass any advance notice given a doctor's note.
*with NO processing fee, you can benefit from our Carry-Over and Reimbursement Policy at anytime with a 3-days advance notice (unless you are sick).

 

WEEKLY PAYMENT
1.In case you have conflicting plans during your scheduled session, we can change (add, move, extend) your session with a 2-days advance notice.
*with a processing fee of $2.00 at each weekly scheduling period, you can benefit from our Carry-Over and Reimbursement Policy.

 

DAILY PAYMENT (This policy does not cover Daily Payments.)
